Snack roll
I like dishes from the liver, so I try to cook different dishes with it. Today I have prepared and share with you the roll with a stuffing of minced liver and rice that is baked in a special edible shell.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    65 g

  • Beef liver

    200 g

  • Figure

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater, and of raw liver to make the stuffing.

Boil rice in bag according to package instructions and add to the pumpkin. Stir.

Add salt and seasoning for meat. Stir.

Add the chopped garlic. Stir.

Onions finely cut and fry in olive oil. Added to the mass and stir. The stuffing is ready.

Egg whisk with a fork or whisk. Add a pinch of salt.

Cool egg pancake on the plate.

On the edge put the filling. Turn into the loaf. We pack in foil. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes (190 degrees).
