This is very delicate, airy and light dessert, I dedicate to my dear bestie Nadia (Navely) which today celebrates its birthday. Dear Madushanka, happy birthday to you! Help yourself, dear cooks! For the recipe many thanks to Natalia, the Manager of the restaurant where we were served this dessert.

Cooking
Gelatin fill with water And, if regulations allowed, leave to swell.
Dissolve gelatin either on the stove or in the microwave, not boiling (at 250 W 1.5 minutes).
Break into pieces white chocolate.
And melt in a microwave oven at 400 W for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Beat the cottage cheese with the gelatin solution.
Add melted white chocolate and again beat well.
Sort kremanku and thoroughly cool in the refrigerator.
The dessert is ready. Help yourself to health!
