How to cook spaghetti, I'm sure, know all, tell only about cooking this tasty, spicy sauce:) Prepare the vegetables. Carrots cut into sticks, onions and tomato cubes, the leek into rings.
Fry in vegetable oil leeks, carrots and onions until Golden brown.
Add tomatoes, spices and simmer until tender.
Vegetables to cool and grind in a blender until smooth. Then warm up in a pan (5 minutes) with the addition of finely chopped garlic. For more flavor and spice so I added tomato paste, diluted in 150 ml of water. If the sauce is too thick, then it can be diluted with vegetable broth or just water.
On a plate put the pasta, pour over sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese, I had Pork - very tasty.:) Bon appetit!
