Description

Appetizer of red fish
Brackish fish goes perfectly with the soft filling. Prepared quickly, only to wait, when cooled in the fridge, and eaten even faster.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    150 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    50 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

Molds covered with cling film

Put in molds strips of fish crosswise so that the edges hanging.

Cheese RUB on a small grater

Mix of hard and soft cheese, herbs, if necessary, podsalvage, and add the cream until soft, but thick consistency.

The ends of the fish laid on top, pressed and put into the fridge for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Before serving, gently shakes out from the molds, release from the foil, sprinkle with lemon juice and decorate with lemon zest
