Recipe from gourmet magazine for restaurateurs. Pkhali or Palauli is frayed salads in Georgian cuisine. A great addition to meat and a completely separate dish.

  • Walnuts

    125 g

  • Onion

    35 g

  • Cilantro

    25 g

  • Adjika

    7 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Khmeli-suneli

    2 g

Spinach leaves, blanch, squeeze, cool, chop.

In a blender grind onion, garlic, nuts, greens.

Mix with spinach, add spices, salt and knead.
