Beet salad-jelly
Simple, tasty, and most importantly, useful!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Cover the gelatine with 50ml cold water

Small beets and carrots to boil in salted water

Vegetables peel and a good grind in a blender

Walnuts chop and fry

Prunes wash and finely chop

To the vegetable puree add the nuts, prunes, cottage cheese, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste

Using spadefoot toad squeeze the cloves of garlic and all mix well

Gelatin to dissolve in a water bath, put in the lettuce, the resulting mass is put into molds (I have silicone) and send in the fridge till thick
