Sand cake with apples and caramel
Again Apple pie??? So many recipes... Try mine! Apples, caramel. nuts. And the dough just melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    280 g

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Rum

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    500 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Knead the flour, salt and butter with your hands into crumbs. Add the egg. If the dough is not going into a ball, add water. Wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for an hour.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. A big roll out and put on the bottom of the form, forming high sides. Put the form in the refrigerator. A smaller part of the test too, leave in the refrigerator.

On a dry pan dissolve the sugar. Once it is completely liquid, add the nuts. Mix and after a minute remove from heat. The pieces add the butter, stirring constantly. Back in the fire. Pour in the rum. Careful much starting to boil.

For the dough pour the caramel.

Spread on the caramel apples. If the apples are sour, sprinkle with sugar to taste.

With the second, smaller half of dough roll out round and cover the apples. Stung the edge. Bake 40-45 minutes at 200g. When the cake is completely cool, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
