I just love pancakes. And they should be fried in butter. And I, you know, slightly obsessed with nutrition. In short, we had from favorite radikov to refuse. Tried many different and Khodakov, and pancakes. It's not that. And then, as they say, the stars aligned. On the Internet I met this recipe, and packaging of whole wheat flour has long been waiting in the wings. SOMETHING marvelous - gentle, soft, just weightless pancakes. 191 kcal and no fried oil!!!

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg
