Puff pastry rolls with cream
These tubes we ate from childhood, I recommend, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    20 g

Ready puff pastry (roll thinner) cut into strips 25 cm long and 3 cm wide. Wound them on conosci so that the seam fell on the previous line overlap, so that during baking they are not opened and they are not formed holes.

Ready gently remove the tubes from the molds, cool.

Custard or whipped cream and fill the rolls using a pastry syringe. The top of the rolls sprinkle with powdered sugar.
