Cake
This cake is to big of a sweet tooth, a recipe I borrowed from the cook from another site, try it I was the same that quoted line above.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Jam

    1 can

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    40 ml

  • The sugar syrup

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Cognac

    30 ml

Cooking

In a bowl for whipping to drive the eggs and add sugar.

Beat.

Add melted margarine or butter, baking powder, vanilla, cocoa.

Pour the flour.

Turned out very thick batter, put in a baking dish and bake until tender 40-50 minutes (checking match). Often the oven will not open.

Cook the syrup. Let cool and pour in the cognac.
