Guryevskaya porridge
Fast option. Guryevskaya porridge is a great dessert, perfect for Breakfast, delicious cold and hot. Cook it on the foams melted milk, but the occupation is long. I offer You a very quick version of this delicacy, melted milk with strawberries. Tastes like creme brulee with caramel crust.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Milk ghee

    2 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Almonds

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Strawberry

    2 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

For porridge take melted milk and semolina TM Mistral.

The vanilla pod in half lengthwise, with a knife're scraping the seeds. In a saucepan pour the milk, add the vanilla and bring to a boil. Vigorously stirring add the semolina, You should now have a mess on density as rustic sour cream. (If too thick, add hot water).

In porridge add the butter, 3 tbsp sugar (focus on your taste). Stir, cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Proteins whisk in a solid foam.

In the slightly cooled porridge add a handful of petals almonds, the egg yolks, stir.

Carefully enter proteins.

Form (2 or 4) grease with butter, spread cereal.

Sprinkle top with brown sugar Demerara from TM Mistral. Put in oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

While the cereal is baked, prepare the sauce. Cut the strawberries, add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Mix, let stand for 20 minutes.

When the quinoa is ready, put under the Hil, to form a caramelized crust.
