Cooking
Sift flour, add sugar.

Whisk the protein into the foam with 2-3 drops of lemon juice when in a solid foam, gradually add the powder, about 5-6 table. spoons. The icing should not be too thick. For the chocolate glaze, mix sugar and cocoa, add milk, put on fire and boil for 2-3 minutes until thick. Remove from heat, add the butter and stir well. Instead of a glaze, you can just melt the chocolate with 2 table. spoons of milk or cream.
Cover the cookies with icing.
In the remaining protein frosting to add about two table. spoons of powder and paint chocolate "lion". You can use the plastic bag, puncture in the corner of the hole with a toothpick, or kitchen syringe. Chocolate melt in a water bath and paint white cookies.
