Cooking
Here are the ingredients that we need.
The softened butter vzbit with sugar. Continuing to whisk, add the egg and milk.
Sift the flour. Mix butter-egg mixture with the sifted flour. Knead a soft dough.
Surface sprinkle with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 5mm. Cut out dough circles (you can see the size of Your apricots or peaches, a disk of dough should be a little more). I had peaches, so I used a Martini glass to make a circle the size you want.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Baking tray lay a parchment, put our slices of the workpiece. Bake for about 10-12 minutes. The main thing is not to overdry, be guided by your oven.
Meanwhile, halves of apricots (peaches) spread on paper towels and give them a good dry.
Make frosting for cookies. We will need lemon juice and powdered sugar. From lemon squeeze out the juice, mix with powdered sugar until smooth.
Take our cookies out of the oven and allow it to cool for 15 minutes.
Cookies are cool and you can "collect". Grease glaze each cookie in the center carefully put the halves of apricots (peaches). All a pleasant appetite!
So I used peaches and not apricots, my "Easter eggs", as said my home, polycelis in the size of an ostrich :-) but still dressy
