Cooking
1. Pearl barley prikalivaet on a dry pan. Fill with boiling water (water should be more 3-4 times than the grains) and leave to swell. Cut the mushrooms and boil until soft.
2. Onions finely chop. Carrot RUB on a coarse grater. Pork ribs cut into pieces.
3. While pearl barley swells, fry meat and vegetables with mushrooms.
4. Fried mushrooms with vegetables and ribs mix with swollen cereals. Spread the prepared mixture into the pots. In each pot put a knob of butter and close the pot with pellets of dough.
5. Grease "lids" with the beaten egg.
6. Put the pots in a preheated 180 degree oven and wait 40 minutes.
7. Here the pots are very similar to mushrooms, ready.
8. We invite everyone to the table to enjoy "Autumn tango".
