Grease the baking sheet with butter, sprinkle with flour.
Spread half of the dough on a greased cookie sheet, flatten. Bake at 200C for 15 minutes. Also bake the second half of the dough.
Dissolve the cream in 200ml of milk, 2 table.logico sugar, 50 ml of syrup. Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour for thickening.
The cake cut into 4 parts.
Each part of the cake to grease cream.
The first strip of cake sarchiver roll the remaining strips around the first turn, superimposing and pressing.
