Zucchini wash and cut into large cubes (with the peel).
In a pan (or "Wok), add oil fry the zucchini, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes, add sprouts and fry for another 5 min.
Add tomato, sugar, soy sauce, chili pepper and chopped garlic and simmer for another 5-10 min.
