Description
Pie from the Greek - "Kreatopita" (meat pie). Puff pastry (or phyllo) pastry, juicy filling from boiled meat, cheese, mushrooms and bell peppers, seasoned with spices and soy sauce are the main components of this very cosy and homemade cake for the whole family.

Cooking
Cooled cooked meat cut into small pieces.
Add to it the grated cheese.
Pre-frozen bacon to RUB on a large grater
Onion and garlic RUB on a grater and gently stew in the oil. Add the chopped pepper and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, simmer for 3-4 minutes, then add the bacon, black pepper and soy sauce.
Simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Cool.
To combine meat, cheese and steamed vegetables, add dill and walnuts, as needed salt, given the saltiness of the cheese and soy sauce. Mix well.
Pave the dough sheet on a baking tray covered with baking paper. From top to put the stuffing, retreating on all sides of 3-4 cm.
Cover with the second pastry sheet and well to take the edge.
Apply a light portion of the cuts and brush the whole pie with milk (can egg)
Bake in well-heated to 200"C oven for 35-40 minutes until Golden brown.
To give the cake to cool slightly and cut into portions.
