Don't even know what to say about this dish. I did it for the first time in the summer. greed. or not correcting the greed (one is not wanted in its natural form, and I made a lot)). in the end, now do often-because the liver and hearts my husband does not eat-they do not like... and pate is a lovely soul... Remembered the expression.."the husband strongly believes that not eating zucchini and eggplant"... that's something about this recipe...

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    350 g

  • The pie

    350 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

Cooking

Oil of course can use regular, but I recommend olive-much tastier!

Onions wash, peel, cut and passeruem in a pan in olive oil until Golden brown

Add liver and hearts. Simmer under lid on low heat for 15 minutes

Add the spices, simmer for another few minutes

The pate is ready. It is soft, ductile.. holds its shape well (the main thing not to pour water to extinguish and pour a lot of oil-otherwise, instead of pate get porridge) I don't put oil-pate diet, and you can eat as your heart desires
