Cookies
Oatmeal cookies is one of the most popular types of homemade cookies and recognized the delicacy of both children and adults.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Honey

    75 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Egg white

    20 g

  • Powdered sugar

    102 g

  • Lemon juice

  • The food dye

Cooking

Oatmeal grind using the grinder.

Butter room temperature, put in a blender and punch to a white homogeneous mass.

Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Remove dough from refrigerator, roll out to a thickness of 5-7 mm, cut out figures.

Baking tray lay a baking paper. Put biscuits on a baking sheet and send in a preheated oven (180 degrees). Bake for 8-10 minutes. The finished cookies remove from the oven, allow to cool completely. And, you can enjoy! Very tasty, real - oat!
