What can I say about this salad? He was insanely tender, incredibly delicious and healthy! Enjoyed, even those who are not fond of rice, in this dish it does not play the main violin. I recommend everyone to try, it's really spring and a light salad!

I cooked a half portion. Boil the rice in salted water until tender (ratio of rice and water is 1:2). For this salad it is better to take kruglozerny rice, it is more soft and tender in consistency and will not pull the "blanket".
The tomatoes and the peeled boiled eggs cut into wedges.
The sorrel and finely chop the parsley.
To the warm rice, add the greens, tomatoes, eggs and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly and serve. Delicious both cold and warm.
