Salad
This salad is my own composition that has passed the test excellently.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    200 g

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Cabbage, red,

    100 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Soy sprouts

    100 g

  • Radish

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    6 piece

  • Dill

  • Parsley

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Turkey fillet wash, dry, cut into thin steaks and fry on each side until cooked.

Bacon cut into medium pieces and fry without oil in a frying pan literally 3 minutes.

Thinly shred the cabbage, mash it well with hands. Put into a bowl.

Cooled the Turkey cut into strips. Add meat to the cabbage.

Korean carrot chopped and add to mixture of cabbage and meat.

Add to the mixture of germinated sprouts.

Add the cooled bacon.

Grate the radish on a grater "for Korean carrot". Add the radish to the other components of the salad.

Also grate on the grater radish and add to other ingredients.

Wash greens, chop it finely and add to salad.

Mix everything and season with mayonnaise.
