Tomato smoothie
Collected the last harvest of tomatoes this year, that one was a variation of vegetable smoothies. This can be a quick lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    0.5 kg

  • Garlic

    0.5 tooth

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Basil

  • Flakes cereal

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

I used the flakes 7 cereals from TM Mistral, they will provide satiety and extra energy.

Half bell pepper, half onion chopped coarsely, cook the garlic clove and Basil leaves.

Scald tomatoes, remove skins and coarsely chop.

Prepared ingredients put in the bowl of a blender. Add the flakes. All grind in a homogeneous mass. Add salt, olive oil and wine vinegar and beat for another few minutes.

Ready smoothie pour into glasses.
