Cooking
Beat the egg with sugar, vanilla,sour cream and milk.Add the flour and knead the dough. Put in 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll out thinly the dough and top with sliced banana. ( leave not a large piece of dough on the horns and decorations)
Finely chop the chocolate and put bananas.To roll the roulade.
Then roll to roll into a snail.Eyes and a nose to make chocolate, the mouth of strawberry. Of dough which is left to sculpt horns and decorations on the snail.
Lubricate the snail egg and place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
