Cooking
Add oatmeal to a blender and grind it for 15 seconds.
Slightly softened butter vzbit with sugar, add egg.
Apples and pears cut into thin slices, the extreme part of the small cubes.
Then to the butter-egg mixture add the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon, rolled oats and diced Apple and pear.
Mix well. Will at first look loose dough, but don't worry, it is well collected in clumps.
Baking tray lay a parchment, lightly greased with 1 tsp of vegetable oil. From cooked dough, with wet hands roll into balls, place on a baking sheet, flatten with your hand, put the mugs of Apple and pear and lightly press into the dough.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Cool. Enjoy your tea!!!
