Cooking
Coffee "3 in 1" bred in 150 ml of hot water. Leave to cool.
In 50 ml of warm milk dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1.5 tsp yeast. Leave in a warm place until the "cap". 2.5 cups of flour sifted in a bowl, add 5 tbsp of sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, stir. There the egg, the remaining warm milk (100ml), cooled down (but warm) coffee, softened butter and yeast with "cap". All mix well. We pour another 2 cups of flour. Knead. At the end knead the dough on the table. Until it will not cease "to grab you by the hand".
Hands grease with vegetable oil. Osipyan small pieces and molding rolls. I do so: slightly flatten the piece, then tuck the corners to the middle and give a ball shape. Put the future rolls in the form with high sides from each other at a short distance.
I got 26 small rolls and one that is so confused Kosice:-)
150 ml of milk, put on fire, once heated up, toss in the packaging of coffee "3-in-1", stir, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 50 grams of butter. Heated and stir.
Carefully pour in the hot coffee-milk mixture in to the pastry.
Leave for about 30 minutes in a warm place. Let them "grow".
Bake at 180 C. I Have time left for half an hour. The rolls turned out incredibly spicy. A distraught aroma of cinnamon and coffee floated through the apartment and pinched their noses. The crumb of the rolls, resilient, impregnated. And the wonderful traces from the coffee-milk pouring, we scrape did not. Thanks him for coffee at the bun plays more loudly and clearly:-) Bon appetit!
