Liver pate is always delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Onion

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

  • Butter

Liver wash, season with salt and pepper, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil onion and add to the liver.

Fried liver with onions to scroll in a meat grinder 2-3 times. Pate roll out a thin layer on the foil, on top of the pate to lubricate a layer of soft butter and twist the roll.
