Layered salad with meat, eggplant, fresh tomato in cream dressing.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Meat

    200 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Boiled meat cut into slices and combine with onions and garlic. Fry for about 1 minute in vegetable oil. Cool.

Eggplant peel and stew with vegetable oil until soft. Cool.

Spread the meat with the onions.

Sour cream mixed with soy sauce. Cover the meat with sour cream.

Tomato peel and cut into cubes. Lay out a layer. Sour cream.

Eggs peel and cut. Lay out a layer and coat with sour cream.

Lay the eggplant. Cover with cream and decorate the salad with grated egg yolk. I even decorated an Apple and a sprig of black currant. The salad is ready. Bon appetit!
