Sour cream cupcake with cranberry oil -
Fluffy and delicate! Sweet sour cranberry! However, berries can all be delicious in any case.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cranberry

    100 g

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam. I use cane sugar Demerara TM Mistral.

Add sour cream, vanilla and mix well. Baking powder mixed with flour add to the mixture, gently stir from the bottom up, so that the mixture remains fluffy. Put any berries, preferably sour, a little stir.

The baking dish if it is not silicone, lay a parchment and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
