Description
These delicate lemon biscuits are prepared according to the recipe of the magazine Burda. They did it, of course, not as beautiful as there)))) but so tasty.... Prepared simply and quickly.
Ingredients

Sugar
300 g

Butter
125 g

Yolk egg
2 piece

Lemon peel

Lemon juice
4 Tbsp

Cumin
1.5 tsp

Flour
300 g

Leavening agent
1 tsp

Powdered sugar
Cooking
Sugar and butter put in a bowl and mix. Gradually introduce into the mixture the egg yolks, zest and lemon juice.
Cumin, flour and baking powder, mix and gradually add to the mixture. Then put the dough on a floured surface and once again promisit it.
The dough is put on a piece of transparent film and shaped as a roller. Cushion wrap in cling film and put for 45 minutes in the freezer.
