Profiteroles
I want to offer You an interesting idea of profiteroles for the holiday table. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    20 g

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    0.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Heat water and dissolve in it the butter.

Add the flour and knead the dough. Allow to cool to 40 degrees. Add eggs and beat.

Divide the dough into two parts. In one part add cocoa and mix well.

To transplant on a baking profiteroles - one light, the other dark (close to each other).

Bake the profiteroles. The temperature of the oven 180 degrees, bake for about 45 minutes.

Beat butter.

From milk, sugar and starch to boil the milk mass. Allow to cool and add to butter. Beat.

Cream divided into two parts. In one part add cocoa and mix well.

Light profiteroles to fill with chocolate cream.

Dark profiteroles to fill with light cream. Cakes to put in the refrigerator to harden cream.
