Description
This dish is not very similar to the sausage, but the cooking method resembles the option of making homemade sausage. Such a funny name I liked, decided not to change. Cooking
Onion cut into cubes.
Carrots grate on a fine grater. Fry with onions in butter.
A piece of cheese to grate, the rest cut into cubes.
Chicken fillet cut into large pieces.
Boil the rice in salted water until tender.
In a bowl, mix the chicken, cheese and rice.
Add the cooled vegetables.
Add salt, season with spices.
Spread prepared stuffing on the sheet of foil to tighten, forming a sausage, firmly cementing the ends. Put on a baking sheet seam side up. Put in a hot oven (180°). bake for 15 minutes, flip and another 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, remove the foil and cut into portions. Bon appetit.
