Traditional snack - Turkey salad Kisir. Offer one option with pickles and red onion. Cooking
Fine bulgur pour hot water in proportion 1 to 2. Put in a warm place to swell.
Olive oil to fry onions. Add the tomato paste, fry and add a little water. Saute for 3 minutes.
Once the bulgur has absorbed all the water and soften, mix it with tomato sauce.
Finely chop red onions and parsley. Add to the salad.
Chop pickles and add to salad. Add spices and pomegranate sauce Narsharab. Mix well.
