Mussels in tomato-garlic sauce
Very tasty, flavorful snack

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    300 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 sprig

  • Thyme

    1 sprig

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. Tomatoes cut at random, punching blender. To shift in the bucket, bring to boil, boil for. Then RUB through a sieve, season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Garlic peel and cut into slices. In a pan heat the oil, add rosemary and thyme. Then add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
