Hearty, wholesome, nutritious lunch or dinner where everything is in harmony. A dish of simple products, easy to prepare. Chops soft and gentle, they perfectly complement the vegetables. Very tasty, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beef

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

  • Tomato

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • A mixture of spices

    2 tsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

Peel the vegetables, wash.

Cut into dice the tomatoes and mushrooms.

Cut the meat into medallions against the grain. Remove the membranes.
