Domlama
A summer dish of vegetables and mutton ribs Uzbek cuisine. This is the recipe my friend, proven over the years. The dish turns out extremely tasty and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Lamb

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

Cooking

Place on a baking sheet eggplant, tomatoes and zucchini...

Lightly drizzle it with oil, to potatoes not darkened... And bake in the oven until soft...
