Recently made this stunning cake. Immediately wanted to share with you, but I found a very similar recipe from my Mom and M. A.. Long thought to exhibit or not... decided to put that as an option, especially such a delicious cake deserves special attention.

Cooking
Chop the flour with cold butter into crumbs. Add 1 yolk and 1 tsp water, then 1 yolk and 1 tsp of water and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°. Roll the dough on a floured surface, place into a baking dish, the extra trim. Cover the dough with paper, pour on top of beans and bake for 10 minutes. Then remove the paper and beans, pierce the dough with a fork and bake for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Grind the almonds in a blender.
While preparing the Foundation, make the filling. To do this, whisk the sugar and butter together until smooth. Drive egg, and then add the almonds and flour.
To fill in a complete basis the filling, put the sliced peaches and bake for 40 minutes until Golden brown. After cooling, pour over the jam. Serve with sour cream.
