Homemade bread without yeast is Lazy
This bread is delicious and done quickly, without hassle. It can be done with adding any vegetables, it turns out very tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Milk

    175 ml

  • Yogurt

    175 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Onion peel, the pumpkin cut into cubes, fry in sunflower oil until the pumpkin become soft. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.

In a large dish mix the sifted flour, salt, soda, cereals, greens, fried pumpkin and onions. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt and milk.

Combine milk mixture and dry ingredients, it should be done quickly, preferably with a spatula

Spread in the form greased with butter, bake 35 minutes at 200 degrees.
