Pork loin with caramelized onions
The meat for this recipe turns out very tasty, and onions, as in a fairy tale.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

So, the first thing a little trash meat :) Do it here are the incisions in a grid.

Now our piece salt and sprinkle with spices (preferably crushed or svejesmolotym). Spices to taste. I took black pepper, white coriander, cloves. Can cardamom( but I don't like it). And kneaded them with a mortar and pestle.

While the meat in the oven, we cook our caramel. Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. Add the vinegar, cook for another 5 minutes, after add sugar, mix well and remove from heat.

To remove the meat from the oven, put on top of our onions and put in oven for 15-20 minutes.
