Description
Another version of the Portuguese cakes, the koi had been submitted. As said historical information in each region of Portugal has its own recipe for these cakes. So, suppose this is another recipe for another region of the state. It differs from the one shown, so I decided to publish it. For me, this dessert seemed very sweet (sugar quote from the author) and I have increased the amount of cheese - it would have reduced the sweetness and increased the bit density of the fill.
