First time baked a cake using alcohol... Impressed!!!

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    400 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Liqueur

    100 g

  • Pistachios

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Prepare the nuts: chop the pistachios (they quietly leave, we'll need them in the end), the other (walnuts, hazelnuts etc.) - grind them. I rubbed on a grater.

Nuts (hazelnut, walnut) fill in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes...

Softened margarine, mix with half the sugar, beat with a mixer.

The yolk separated from the protein and added one by one to the ground. Stir very carefully.

Add flour, baking powder, nuts. Stir.

Pour liqueur (a couple of tablespoons leave for the glaze). Whisk whites with a pinch of salt and the remaining half of the sugar. Carefully pour in the batter. Stir. If necessary (if it seems too liquid dough) add a little flour. In principle, it should not be steep.

The resulting dough pour in a greased and floured springform form. Level.

Spread the cherries (it need to pre-thaw and dry on a napkin or towel, if you do not mind, of course:-) )bake it in the oven. I baked it about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees, and later lowered slightly.

Make the glaze: mix powdered sugar with liqueur.

Give it a little cool and pour glaze. Sprinkle top with pistachios. First time with alcohol and the first time with the split form...it's fantastic!!! Bon appetit!!!I advise everyone to try!!!
