Carrot dip with pita chips
Very tasty, easy and cheap appetizers. Baked pita chips with much less calories than store-bought.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Sunflower oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    140 ml

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Pete

    4 piece

  • A mixture of spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. Boil the carrots until tender.
