Very juicy and bright vitamin salad, which harmonizes perfectly with sour cream dressing! Its indispensable a touch in salad making - raisins! I recommend to all without exception! It's really tasty!

Cooking
Prepare a "semi"! Raisins, wash and fill with boiling water for 10 minutes, then dry it. A young cabbage cut into fine strips. Greens chop. Apple and carrot is peeled and three on a coarse grater.
Cabbage and greens and sprinkle lightly with salt and mash with hands, that cabbage gave juice.
Add carrots, Apple, raisins and your favorite herbs.
Now you can prepare the filling. Add in sour cream, grainy mustard, vinegar, oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. I did not add the pepper.
Add dressing to the salad.
Mix everything together and allow to infuse for 15-20 minutes. Our tasty, vibrant, vitamin salad is ready!
