Chicken liver Roman
This dish is kind of like pate, but more fragrant. Thanks to cooking in Zepter cookware, enough dieting, because it is cooked without salt, without frying and without water. Snack turns out excellent: good as a spread on bread and as a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Sage

    5 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Dessert wine

    0.25 cup

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Brandy

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Liver wash, remove the bile ducts, cut into small pieces.

Onion, garlic, sage, chop.

Zepter frying pan to heat up before pearl. Put the liver and fry on a fairly high heat.

Add the onion, garlic, sage, capers. Reduce the heat to low, cover and leave for 5 minutes.

Add the wine and balsamic vinegar, cover, turn off the stove. Leave for 10 minutes.

To shift the liver in a food processor, pour in the brandy and scroll so that the liver looked like coarsely chopped. Add the egg, stir and serve.
