Cake
Very chocolate and rich fruitcake with cherries and cinnamon. Elastic, tight, with a noble nastastie structure. So fragrant and alluring. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    12 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    2 handful

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat eggs with cottage cheese and cinnamon about 3 minutes. Add sugar and cocoa, then stir for 15 seconds.

Pour in the oil, mix well. Add the baking powder and flour. Beat a minute.

To the dough add the dried cherries, stir with a spatula. If you take frozen cherries, the pre-no need to defrost. Form of grease with vegetable oil and put the dough. Send in the oven at 180 degrees until ready ( to identify a wooden skewer). Ready cupcake optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
