Roasted kohlrabi

Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Kohlrabi peel.

Cut into plates of 1 cm thickness.

Drop into salted boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and allow to cool.

Prepare 3 plates: egg, flour, breadcrumbs and spices and toss kohlrabi in order - flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Bon appetit!
