Sprudelkuchen-Cake mineral water
A very delicate cupcake with a chocolate-nutty flavor. Ready in 10 minutes, not counting baking time.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 piece

  • Mineral water

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    1 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    1 piece

  • Nuts

    2 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    1 pack

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

Nuts grind in a blender or grinder into a fine crumb

... add the remaining ingredients and beat with a mixer until smooth.

Pour the dough in a greased form and bake at temperature 180-200°C for about an hour.

Glaze: bitter chocolate tiles + 2 tbsp milk + 1 tbsp butter - bring to a complete dissolution of chocolate and butter.
