  • Brown sugar

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Cognac

    30 ml

  • Ice cream

    50 g

My plums. Cut in half and separate the bone.

The heated pan.

Heat butter.

Put plums and blanchere over high heat.

Gently flip.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Pour the cognac and ignite. BE CAREFUL WITH THE FIRE!!! Wait until the flames are put out.

Put the plums into a sundae dish. On top of ice cream. Decorate with berries.
