Mix all dry ingredients, add eggs, stir well, pour the cream in a slow stream, constantly in the way. Add the vegetable oil. Bake in a well heated pan.

Decorate with roses and pour over the syrup. Syrup: 3 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp of water and 1 Apple. Rose: apples cut into 4 pieces, remove core, cut into thin slices and boil in syrup until clear. From the cooled slices to roll the rose. For color in the syrup when boiling add the dye or juice.
