Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

Take products for cooking.

Eggplant, cut crosswise, then into long triangular strips, dip in beaten egg.

Then dip them in flour and fry on all sides until Golden brown, spread on a cloth to remove excess oil.

On a heated pan with oil put chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, fry for 1-2 minutes.

Pour in the broth, soy sauce and rice vinegar, add sugar to taste, salt, lay the eggplant and cook for 3 more minutes.

Add starch and pepper, pour sesame oil, stir and the dish is ready! Bon appetit!
