Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Pear

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Apple juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 tsp

Flour and salt mix, add chopped butter and stir, pour 75 ml of water and knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and put into the cold for 30 min.

Form for baking grease with butter. Roll the dough and put into a form, not forgetting the sides. Put on top of baking paper and put a "load". It can be dried peas or beans. I have a special device for this. Put in a preheated 180°C oven and bake, so to speak, "in the blind" for 15 mins, cool slightly.

Meanwhile, cut the pear into pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Camember release from the white crust and cut into slices. If you like more spicy taste, you can have blue cheese - Cambozola or even stronger - the Gorgonzola.

Sour cream, eggs, Apple juice mix. Add salt and pepper.

Pear and cheese spread randomly on the dough and pour the egg mass. Bake 25 minutes, cool slightly, serve.
